Last Thursday, Nothing occupied a space at Dover Street Market London, a renowned retail exhibition space, where we previewed a few select pieces from our upcoming Nothing Apparel range as part of Frieze Art Fair. @Natalie ✨ and I went along to check it out the display and gauge the reception!
It was exciting to see Nothing Apparel rubbing shoulders with established brands like COMME des GARÇONS and Palace - big clothing companies come to Frieze to showcase new releases and capsule collections, a fitting opportunity for Nothing to debut its collection.
Inspired by our hardware and classic factory wear, our apparel was displayed alongside Nothing’s latest products plus a few prototypes and design inspirations, to help give some context to those that were hearing about us for the first time.
We had the chance to show a couple of our community members, Simon and Marc, all the details of the collection and I think they liked what they saw 👀
DJ’ing on the night was Romy (⅓ of The xx), who seemed to very much enjoy Beer (5.1%), plus there were a couple of Nothing themed cocktails - All or Nothing and a Nothing Negroni🍹!
Nothing Apparel will be focused on quality-driven wardrobe staples, featuring a line of caps, coats, backpacks, trousers, and more. There’s plenty more to share in the coming months, so be sure to sign-up for updates.
