Since got the new Nothing Phone 2A ,2 weeks ago and have been in touch with Nothing support. Since getting ghost touches issue while rapidly charging As support team guided I have performed a factory reset and issue didn’t resolved. They asked me to visit service center which is located at very long distance from my place, provided them the proof via recordings, submitted my device for 2 days and service center guys told me that it might be a software issue and it was resolved. After coming back to home, facing same issue I used Nothing Original charger costed me Rs 2250+. It’s useless also tried another Nothing’s original charger facing same issue, WTF is this kind of service getting by Nothing. Nothing support team has tried to contact my service center guys, and service center didn’t picked their calls unfortunately, Nothing support team has asked me to visit the service center again. I’m constantly requesting for replacement of my device with the Vijay Sales(from were I’ve purchased the device), service center as well Nothing Support they said, they don’t assure a replacement. Why the hell I’m facing this issue since, facing the problem from day 2 of purchase itself. Poor service Nothing!! Carl why do you provide such a poor service man, loosing trust from you?
