Rob ⚡️ I know they have been out for awhile but I’m stuck in the beta version with no available update can you tell me what to do?

      itzgolu04 if you read the original post, you’ll note that the rollout is happening in phases. If you’re on (2) or (2a) the update will come. It’s just a matter of time!

            How long has this update been taking everyone? I’ve tried multiple attempts where my Nothing 2 has been at the screen with 6 dots for hours even after a factory wipe

            Edit: I’ve given up and I’m going to attempt installing the Beta

            Edit 2: Still not working, my only guess is the hardware issue with my fingerprint scanner is preventing the update from completing. Otherwise who knows.

            Rob ⚡️ I don’t have a nothing phone but I follow all their updates and I say it with confidence that this new version of Nothing OS 3.0 will be very fun because of the different customization styles, which is what I like about phones, be able to customize everything to your liking with a variety of widgets and many more☺☺

                frustrated with the delayed OS update for the Japanese version of the Nothing Phone (2a). One of the main reasons I chose Nothing was the promise of better support compared to other Japanese phones, which often get sidelined because Japan is treated as a separate category. I’ve been burned before. I switched to a google Pixel hoping for better support (which they are good at), only to be let down by poor hardware and a design I couldn’t stand. Nothing’s design is stunning, but now I’m starting to worry: will Japanese users always be stuck waiting for software updates just because it’s the ‘Japanese’ version? It’s disappointing and feels like history repeating itself.
