SpeedMirage yes cmf 1 has touch issues if your using glass protector, without glass protector touch is fine.

If you’re assuming I’m using a glass protector, I’m here to tell you that I’m not.
It’s not really a touch issue. Screen registers a tap when I’m trying to scroll up/down. It’s a bug in the OS sadly.

Yes same issue, I have not removed the screen protector that was provided on the phone

After reporting the bug through system feedback, did support acknowledge the bug and forwarded to concerned software team? Saw the same issue on my mom’s cmf and reported it too, but the response I got was pretty bland and didn’t even address the bug.

Yes. It wasn’t there in NOS 2.6 but version 3.0 Beta introduced it. It happens so randomly I can’t even get proper logs.
It’s there as well on latest update of NOS 2.6 .

SpeedMirage we meet once again, but yes, there are quite a few issues with this phone… Happens on 2.6 as well…. Sometimes my touch just completely stops working….
They won’t fix, they won’t even acknowledge the issue.
They’re saying “Our team is small and they’re working relentlessly”
I understand. Then hire more capable people or don’t release devices you can’t properly support.

My cmf phone 1 also does the same thing, the touch would stop working as soon as i turn off the display. It’s a real problem since when am on a call and the display turn iff automatically i cannot end the call. I have read some comments on this feed and found out about putting it in the fridge for about 3 minutes well it does work for some reason. The phone doesn’t even overheat so i don’t understand

I got the video too, it’s without any screen protector and is only 2 months old

mithunjadhav_yr2tuDM27k Do you think I don’t understand how phones work ? The error message came up because I spammed wrong passcode to show that the touch wasn’t working. So please know how things work before saying things.
