CMF Phone 1 - Touch inconsistency

Is there any bug or anyone getting same issues with CMF phone 1 handset is just 2 month old

Just wondering if it is a software issue, guess some units have faulty something.

Anonymous729 the thing is then why would the touchscreen works flawlessly when screen is kept on. And why didn’t this occur during the first week of using the phone. Something is definitely fishy. I still believe that it’s something within the software

Superbrain100 because I don’t use any protection on my phone, and it only takes them like 20 minutes once they start, it can’t really be a software issue I guess, I prolly have no way to tell if it’s a software or hardware issue, but I haven’t had the issue since they replaced it… it’s been only 15 days, so gimme time….

havnt found anything bad about nothing os there was a camera bug after all

It’s been a year since I’ve been using CMF 1. And I’ve been havin touch issues for the last few months. I don’t have a screen guard either. Still. The most annoying thing is while I’m on call with the screen locked, it somehow gets unlocked and takes screenshots on its own. It’s the most irritating. After my call its become common for me to chk my gallery and delete multiple screenshots. Any one else facing this ? And is there a way to fix this touch issues?

Crabby same issue is facing giving feedback many times but I don’t know why they are ignoring this

I found the solution for the touch screen problem… I uninstalled and disabled any overlaying applications to see if the issue stop, ended up restarting everytime I noticed it come back.

and then I found an option in the Settings > Special Features Gestures > Mistouch Prevention - prevent screen touches whilst in your pocket.

I disabled this feature and everything went back to normal… for a while I was wondering why the CMF Phone 1 would keep doing that when it was perfectly new but this solved all the touch screen issues… The phone is working perfectly fine now!!!
