This never happened on my OnePlus so please rectify asap!
All google emergency, earthquakes, and safety alerts should supersede Do Not Disturb - this is a safety issue.
I only realised because in Melbourne, Australia last night, we did not get a pre-emptive alert of incoming major earthquake like my Oneplus always had!
(Everyone else within Melbourne on android got the alerts.)
There is nothing in Notification History either so it’s getting blocked off.
Reported bug already but this is too high priority for safety reasons to just get lost in the backlog.
