We are always told by the Moderators to report issues we are facing on our devices through Settings-Tips & Feedback but at times the replies we get are not as per our wishes.

I personally have reported issues multiple times but the kind of replies/responses I get are really not helpful at all.

Consider the screenshot I have attached I was asking about not being able to turn on my Wi-Fi when my phone is in Airplane mode in stable version 3.0.. whereas I was able to turn on my Wi-Fi on 3.0 beta while my phone was in Airplane mode

Kindly Mods if there is anyway you can help through this I will really appreciate it.

    The team are going to look at changing the user journey here to improve the experience using the feedback feature. As well as bringing this to the board, I also spoke to Tom, the Customer Experience Manager, who’s going to raise these issues from his side too. He has assured me that your feedback is getting to the right team - so please continue to report bugs and help make Nothing OS better for everyone!

    So as mentioned, please do continue to use this feature to report bugs and submit feedback! Hopefully the flow and responses from support can be improved over time, but be assured that your feedback is getting to the right people regardless.

    Nothing001 I have currently installed the beta. I don’t have the problem there. At the moment the only thing that helps is to wait or reinstall the device. But it is very annoying…

      Nothing001 I understand that. I think the only thing you can do at the moment is wait for a new update or reset your device completely. Unfortunately, Nothing hasn’t said anything at all

        Nothing_Technik Resetting my device… that won’t happen I can’t take the hustle to set my phone again… maybe I should wait for another patch update and see if it will resolve the issue and if not I will have to survive and accept it.

        adbo to add to this, I submitted a big report through feedback for the nothing gallery app. The response mail wanted me to upload my invoice along with device identifiers. In my opinion people do not have time for this (unless it’s a repair issue) and this data should not be asked for software bug reports

          Yes I agree, my feedbacks are getting merged and closed even though they are different. I don’t know what should I do to give feedback, even on this website some of the posts gets hidden even though I attached proof with it.

          So I don’t know now how should I report my bugs/issues.

            Pranshu Hey mate. Speaking from my own experience, we’ll always try and either troubleshoot with you or, try and find ways to get your bugs resolved. If we can’t, we’ll often direct you to the feedback module as a way to ensure it is actually captured and considered by Nothing. Sometimes we will direct you to the support team if we believe it’s an issue that requires more assistance.

            We merge threads because it’s easier for the CBO & other teams in Nothing to look in one place and find a continuous flow of information that can help them improve the software/hardware experience. It also provides a singular place for community members to go and report their own experiences and talk about them experiences too, all of which improves the community experience.

            Adbo is doing a lot of work to make sure these feedback that are documented here, whether they be merged, hidden or other are captured and represented in his first board meeting(s). And, hopefully he can share some of the insights here to improve that feedback logging experience too.

            To answer this ‘How should I report my bugs/issues’ I would always recommend people to use settings > system > feedback and then continue that conversation with other community members in the relevant thread on the community site. Sometimes this amazing community find resolutions to things that can be shared and beneficial hence the importance of discussing these things.

              hrry I completely agree with you, but let’s say I have replied in one post of a particular issue. Now after some days I thought it needs attention since after using NOS 3.0 I found there are several other things regarding that same issue like to give you an idea I had replied that with new Inter font 4G & 5G still remains Roboto in after applying the new font. This was the issue I had replied under General Release.

              Now after some days I noticed that with the new Inter font it doesn’t not apply to Google Apps like Gmail, Gboard, Messages, other applications as well like X, etc. Also font was not consistent like it had different font for different numbers like somewhere ‘4’ has a different font and someplace it is different. Then I also noticed that when I switch from Inter to Roboto I had to clear cache all my applications/restart my device to get back to the normal Roboto font.

              I had attached screenshots for the same for few of them.

              So I thought this issue requires attention, so I created a post combining all of them. What did I do wrong?

              I was just trying to be more detailed, also same with the Nothing Support from feedbacks they are just randomly merging and closing some requests which were about same topic but different issues.

              What should I do then?

                JefRoftin look at the video I did attach carefully bro what I mean before the stable update of 3.0 i.e the beta version I could easily turn on Wi-Fi while my phone is on Airplane mode but immediately after the stable update when I am on Airplane mode I can no longer turn on my Wi-Fi while my phone is on Airplane mode I hope I have clarified things for you now

                Pranshu I guess the community needs to be more clean and I think they don’t want duplicate posts to flood the community that’s why they do what they do…

                I feel the same way—tired of the responses after submitting system feedback. I’ve even tried pointing this out to support accounts on discord and nothing’s instagram.

                I have also raised couple of tickets from my side and the reply j receive is totally bs.

                Nothing001 Agreed. Not just sometimes but this is what happens everytime. You report something and then comes some sort of an auto generated response (it seems like at least) which has only those steps you’ve already tried or it has steps which are unrelated to the problem.

                  Hi, I’m a little sceptical about feedbacks when it comes to a bigger company like Nothing so I’d like to know what’s your take on this.

                  Are you submitting feedbacks about the system and functions?

                  Do you report bugs and stuff?

                  If yes can you tell me for how long do you do it?

                  Do you see these reported bugs and feature requests come real?
