Nearby Share Issues - NP2

Anyone else having issues with Nearby Share? When I try to use it, it will show a blank and no account associated w/ nearby share.

Have tried multiple cache clears of play service and files app w/ no luck.

Another thing I noticed - sharing with Contacts only does not function at all.

Update: Nearby Share works after a factory reset WITHOUT restoring my Google backup ☹️

Update 2: Nearby Share functions fine up until I add my Google Fi sim, then completely breaks.

Very disappointing, the only way to share files would be through USB C.
