My recently bought Nothing Ear 2024 has a terrible issue with the right earbud microphones. It happens both for ANC and transparency, so I’ve only been able to use my Nothing Ear with noise control toggled to Off.
Whenever I’m using transparency mode and I say anything, I hear a robotic echo coming from my right earbud.
The same thing happens while using ANC, with the addition that, whenever I put pressure on the rubber tip, my right earbud makes a (very loud) screeching sound.
Took a look around the internet and did not find many similar problems. I’ve tried basically every reset or setting, no success.
Has anyone had a similar issue? Should I contact customer support?
