  • Hi, I’ve got the same problem after some months I bought them.

I followed the suggestions to dry brush the speaker with a toothbrush and it surprisingly worked!

Hello, I faced the same problem a few days ago as well. Can you explain to me more about how to clean it using a toothbrush? Is there a specific method?

I have the same problem , tried It works !

Have the same issue. Tried to clean the speaker with a toothbrush but it didn’t work. It seems to be a software problem in my case

Same problem here. I’ll try to clean it, but I think it’s probably a different problem in my case because sometimes the earphones work properly with the same volume on both of them (like 1 out of 5 times I use them)

I have the same problem with the right one. When it started I looked for help and discovered it seemed to be an issue just with the right side. I saw the toothbrush fix and yes it does work. But it would be good if a proper solution can be found.

Ist probably dirt occluding the metal mesh. They should include an option in the app to clean the speakers using low frequency sound. Same thing used to clean phone speakers. It really works.

This is the second time I am facing similar issue with low sound output from the right earbud. Any solution….

chandanri Have you tried the solution above? It’s worked for me before, I am also often vigilant about how these sit in my ear while wearing them, I find with my ear shape they often “slip” resulting in once side sounding quieter than the other

My right nothing ear 2 was noticeably lower in volume and squeaky clean since they are quite new. I use Personalized ANC and the Sound Personalization pretty much at all times, so I took the approach of a software ‘reset’… I turned off all the in app features, deleted my Hearing Test then Forgot the Device in the app and in my phone’s bluetooth connectivity. I deleted the app and stored data and closed the case to ‘power off’ the nothing ear 2. I reinstalled the app, reconnected the device to my phone then to the app and WALA! Worked for my specific situation. Good Luck! 👍🏼
