I am experiencing severe network issues with my Nothing Phone (2a Plus). The problems include:
Internet connectivity issues – Mobile data is unstable and often does not work properly.
Voice call problems – Calls are frequently dropping, and sometimes I cannot hear the other person, or they cannot hear me.
Signal fluctuations – The network signal randomly drops or weakens even in areas with strong coverage.
I have tried the following troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists:
✔ Restarted the phone
✔ Reset network settings
✔ Tried a different SIM card
✔ Switched between 4G and 5G modes
✔ Ensured software is up to date
✔ Checked with my network provider – They confirmed no issues on their end and advised checking the phone
Has anyone else faced similar issues? Any suggestions or fixes would be appreciated. Also, Nothing support team, please look into this and provide a resolution.
