Wassup Community,

Lately, I felt that the community site was getting boring, so I decided to make it fun again! I’ve been working on a redesign of the site, and I’m super excited to share it with you! I think the current design is a bit too basic and doesn’t really show off the amazing potential of our platform. So, I’ve been working hard to make it look and feel more engaging and user-friendly. I’ve added changes to the layout to make it easier to navigate. I’ll let the visuals do the talking, I hope you like it as much as I do!

What do y’all think, Is this revamp good?

Could this be a start of something, See y’all in the comments!

Peace out!

This looks like a fresh design, that’s for sure!

A few questions, should you wish to expand on this concept:

    1. How would you see this looking in Dark Mode? - If you wanted a Dark Mode at all?
    2. Would you see this re-design translating to mobile well? - either via a native app or something web based, like we currently have?

Keep up the great work, loving your concepts and ideas! 🔥

Thanish Thahir Thanks for sharing this - we recently discussed giving the fonts and colours a refresh here - the look of the community has essentially remained unchanged since 2021.

I do think we’re overdue a little refresh! Appreciate you sharing your ideas!

This is a very nice design and shows what can be achieved with some small UI tweaks to the existing site! There’s not a lot about this design I don’t like, from the navigation bar to the thread headers + tags, though I particularly like the hero slider and news carousel being full width. I do think the thread list is quite plain - I quite like having the synopsis enticing me into clicking into a thread, rather than just the thread title. Great job overall!

It Is nice, but honestly there’s too much NType font. Smaller text reads better with the current mono space font.

Also I would love the designer to explain their design, the reason about the choices they made, a little bit of story telling, a personal introspection about what you wish to improve and what you want to achieve.
