Feedback? On your device: Go to Settings -> System -> Feedback. Firmware rollouts are usually staggered, meaning not all users will receive the update simultaneously. This approach allows us to monitor for any issues and ensure a smooth and stable deployment. Nothing OS 3.0 This update transitions you to the official release of Nothing OS 3.0, powered by Android 15. Full of exciting new features and improvements to enhance your everyday experience. Here’s what’s in store: Shared Widgets 🔮 Use widgets to link up with friends and family. See another person’s widgets displayed on your home screen and interact with each other through reactions. A new way to stay connected. Shared Widgets are currently only supported between Nothing devices. And only Photo Widgets (square) can be shared. We are rapidly developing support for other widgets, so stay tuned! Notes: As Shared Widgets are in beta, you might encounter some issues. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance your experience. Lock screen 🔒 Introduced new lock screen customisation page. Access by long-pressing the lock screen or via the Customisation page. 🕰️ Choose from a range of new Clock face styles. 🖼️ Expanded widget space, allowing you to place more widgets on your lock screen. New app drawer style 🤖 Added AI-powered Smart Drawer to automatically categorise your apps into folders, keeping your app drawer organised and making apps easy to find. 📌 Now you can pin your favourite apps to the top of the app drawer for quick access to your favourite apps. Enhanced pop-up view 📱 Drag the pop-up view to any position on the screen, for convenient multitasking. 📐 Easily resize the pop-up view by dragging the bottom corners. 📍 Pin the pop-up view on the screen edge, for speedy access. 🔔 Swipe down incoming notifications to enter the pop-up view. Allows you to quickly view information without leaving your current app. Enable via Settings > Special features > Pop-up view. Elevated design 🧩 Redesigned Quick Settings, and an optimised editing experience. Allows you to effortlessly tailor your shortcuts to your preferences. 🖼️ Redesigned widget library. Choose your favourite Nothing Widgets or swipe left to browse third-party widgets. 🎨 Enhanced Settings with updated UI visuals. Network & Internet and Bluetooth options now display current connection. 👆 New Dot animation for fingerprint unlocking and charging. Other improvements 🤖 Allow AI to learn your usage habits and prioritise your frequently used apps. Keeps them active for longer intelligently for a smoother and more efficient experience. 🔋 Improved the lock screen charging status display to help you easily know the charging speed at a glance. 🗃️ Added support for auto-archive function. Automatically frees up storage space without removing apps or data from your device. 🖥️ New partial screen sharing, so you can record just an app window rather than the entire screen. 🚀 Updated setup wizard to version 3.0 for a smoother introduction. ⬅️ Enabled predictive back animations for apps that have opted in. Notes: During the upgrade, the system will optimise in the background to enhance your user experience. The device may experience temporary overheating and increased power consumption, but will quickly return to normal after the upgrade is complete.

"Is anyone having issues with connecting Bluetooth to the car audio system after updating to Nothing OS 3.0 using the CMF Phone 1?

The Bluetooth keeps connecting and disconnecting repeatedly."

NothingAlone

First thanks for Nothing Team to provide it very fast.

In my case, Not smooth as before specially in some applications like Google Play Store, Gmail, YouTube…

Very laggy in transition effects and animation.

Switch between apps are very slow.

Opening the apps also slower than 2.6

In total not fast as previous version and hope they will fix it sooon 😉

Thanks

NothingAlone ya feel laggy after this latest update..

Been rocking the update for a few days now and it’s great. I have noticed that the is slightly different text on the lockscreen versus NOS 3.0 beta. I have only seen a single crash freeze at the gym when I’m using two TechnoGym apps.

I will update the apps.

I think the charging works better than Beta as well.

Text at the bottom of the screen is different.

SaijonRai

I don’t know that everyone is saying it’s optimized and it’s smoother

But I want to make one thing clear that after this update I can’t switch to 120 FPS in the 120 FPS supported games like bgmi and mlbb .

Before this update there was a trick to get 120 FPS by pop-up window but now I can’t get 120 FPS after using this trick . Not only that I tried the ‘disabled the limited frame rate in the games ’ which is available in developer options , I tried restarting the phone and the game ,I tried uninstalling the game and re downloading the game , I have off the battery saver , my refresh rate is at 120hz . I did everything but still can’t get 120 FPS in 120 FPS support game like before the ( 3.0 )os update.

If you have any suggestions you can give me I will try but I don’t think there is so I hope they fix this issue as soon as possible

The community option didn’t work and that’s not it. Battery usage not showing i charge 90 percent but there is no info about anything.

Hey guys please add AOD on 3.0 in cmf ph1 as it nothing ph1 got . Adding AOD will literally make cmf ph1 the best and premium phone in market pls add 🫠

Anonymous729

SunilJain_h9eZeRbxz7 bro, you asking for aod, the touch itself is not working correctly… we need the issues fixed first, before they add more stuff

SaijonRai

Anonymous729 do you mean touch response?

Anonymous729

SaijonRai that and, when I click a spot, a different spot gets touched, and when I try to go back, it scrolls… it keeps happening until I restart phone.

SaijonRai

Anonymous729 nah before the update it was ok but after the update it was gone

IchBinAran

skdubg install what?💀

You cannot install it and that stupid app is only available using the notification center.

We want it built in

SaijonRai

IchBinAran if there was inbuilt then it would have been way too good. But they decided to remove the only trick to get 120 FPS so what can I say😭

AbhishekSingh_gvBLPm97Tu

I don’t know it’s with me or everyone, i am having dot matrix as i liked that style more! But whenever i go into the widget settings it’s the normal style… idk if it’s anywhere else too…

SaijonRai

AbhishekSingh_gvBLPm97Tu guys does you FPS trick works or not? After 3.0 os update

Plz response

Harsh09

Firmware bot why no one is talking about the Always on display feature in nothing OS..

skdubg

IchBinAran

You can install it and use it in the classic way via the power button or home button.

If something is not available, you just have to look for alternatives and not shout about what you can’t do and what you want.
