Hi all,

I had bought Pro 2 watch just a week back but till now it has froze 3 times. I had to hard reboot the watch by pressing the crown for 10 sec and then watch restarted. When it restarted, all the settings, exercise data, contacts were gone. I had sent a feedback mail to cmf support but they have sent a generic response suggesting reboot/reset.

Update: My watch Froze again so I went to service centre and got a replacement watch in 5 days. It’s been 4 days and my new watch hasn’t frozen yet so I guess all is good. One thing I noticed was my previous watch was from October 24 batch and my current one is from June 24 batch. So I guess it could have been a problem with few watches from October batch only

Did anybody else face this problem and is there a solution?

This happened 2 days back. I had meddled with few settings like AOD, reminders, watch faces etc. Everything was working fine at night, morning I see that the screen was frozen , so had to reset. After reset i see that all the changes had reverted back as though I had done nothing.

Thanks for the response. Is there something we can do about it or we have to take it to service centre only? Or this can only get fixed via next firmware update?
