I love these type of user voice surveys, I think they’re super important for a company that focuses so much on its community, and it’s been a while since we’ve seen one. The topic of “How AI can redefine the way you interact with your phone” had me scratching my head a lot this morning, whilst I was going to the tube. I was constantly thinking about what elements of my device, or how I use it, would benefit mostly from AI optimisations. Trying to think outside of what has already been achieved, by Assistants, and not knowing yet what further possibilities there are is very exciting!
