He’ll everybody.

Do you feel the the way i feel? Iam noticing this issue since 2 years and still all developer and phone manufacturer are ignoring this issue on purposely.

I request all nothing community members to highlight this issue for all of us. Below is some explanation and you must check your device for symptoms and anomalies.

Issue:

those who all are using phone dialer (From Google) 1. call history for all the contacts are being deleted automatically and only visible few call history logs 2. Not saved contact Number call log history automatically being deleted after approx 20 days like it never happened between us. 3. Total call log can be stored is restricted to 1000 log that means if new call comes on top of 1000 older call gets deleted automatically it could be from known or unknown number.

Emre26 I agree we need seperate dialer for nothing and not only that another issue is Google dialer sometimes doesn’t even show a missed call I get to know it by my network provider who sends out a mes saying you had 3 missed calls from this number but Google doesn’t show it 🤷🤷

TheNothing OS Nothing Community Guide Nothing Phone Series won’t hear up this issue.

I had reached out their team multiple times in Community forum, E-Mails even in phone call.

They doesn’t shows up intrest in the customer feedback regarding this issue.

They focuses only on feature competition with Chinese brands and not care about their customers how they feel about their OS issues.

And they are thinking why we should update this issue as many people are not questioning.

We people are unlucky that we bought mobile from a Newbie manufacturer.

And I also i mentioned that even small Chinese brands even having the option for call log history for a long period and delete option is set upto the users option.

Here entire scenerio is different and they behaviour is like use what we give and don’t ask too much.Like wise their attitude was (Recieved from your Mails).

I also mentioned that I m going to switch over this phone to another good Chinese brands.

The ultimate goal of mobile phone is making call and keeping the call history for our future reference.Nothing Phone Series doesn’t understand for what the mobile phone is made for.

So its better to choose the better phone for your convenience which is not available to you fromNothing Phone Series .

Those calls most likely never reached your phone (no/bad signal for a moment, or a disruption in the service) so the dailer has no idea about them. Happens to me when I turn my phone off for a while. I’ll get these messages from my provider.

As mentioned above this is a behavior from Google Dialer app which Nothing doesn’t control, please share your feedback with Google for this one.

RapidZapper We bought mobile and paid money only withNothing Phone Series not with Google right.

It’s their responsibility to get connect with Google and resolve the issue.

RapidZapper Google doesn’t have authority for call log delete.

It’s basically available with mobile manufacturer only
