"Kindly follow the troubleshooting steps given below for resolving issue:
Restart your device: A simple restart can often resolve temporary software glitches that may be causing the screen freezing problem. Press and hold the power button on your device until a menu appears, then select the restart option.
Update your device software: Keeping your device’s software up to date is important for stability and bug fixes. Check for any available software updates and install them if necessary. Go to Settings > System > Software Update (or a similar path) to check for updates.
Clear app cache and data: If the freezing issue is specific to certain apps, try clearing their cache and data. Go to Settings > Apps or Application Manager, find the app causing the problem, and select it. From there, you can clear the cache and data. Keep in mind that clearing data will reset any app settings or preferences.
Uninstall problematic apps: If you recently installed a new app or an app update coincides with the screen freezing issue, consider uninstalling that app to see if it resolves the problem. You can uninstall apps through Settings > Apps or Application Manager.
Free up storage space: Insufficient storage space can impact the performance of your device. Delete unnecessary files, uninstall unused apps, and move media files to an external storage device if possible. This can help improve overall performance and prevent screen freezing.
Perform a factory reset: If the freezing issue persists after trying the above steps, you may need to perform a factory reset. Before doing so, ensure you back up all your important data, as this process will erase all data and settings on your device. Factory reset options can usually be found in the device’s settings or recovery mode."

Also, i posted this issue 12 days ago, got a reply when another person posted the same issue couple of minutes back…is it like at least 2 persons gotta have same problem to be counted as an issue or something else I’m missing?
Yeah, i reported about this issue via feedback submission from to get that useless copy paste reply from nothing customer care.
I had nothing phone 1 before and I used the feedback tool to report some issue with that…this is the first time I used it on my Phone 2a.
What’s the significance of asking that question or using feedback tool?
Is there any solution to this problem I’m having?
Support couldn’t give me a proper solution to resolve this issue so i was asking the community
MaxBose I have the same thing, as far as I understand, Google says that this error appears because after starting the device, its operating system is checked for errors, and such an error appears if there are problems with it or the code, it is not clear how to solve it. I need to get some of the original settings back, but I haven’t changed anything, and I don’t want to reset my phone either.(sorry if there are any mistakes, English is not my native language)
