Hello, I’ve heard at recordings here where voice with/without background noise was compared.

It seemed to me that background noise cancellation was automatic, but surprisingly, as I connected these buds to my W11 laptop, on the other side they could hear whatever my colleague next to me was saying.

Any way out of this?

Thanks!

I use CMF Buds Pro-2. I’ve reported the same problem in the forum. But the post got hidden. I’m facing this issue, after I updated the Nothing X app (20th Jan Update). I have reported the same in play store and was redirected to the Support team. But it is of no use, because they don’t address the problem and give generic solutions. This recent update has also caused sound imbalance and ear pain to me for a week.

Daniel changed the title to Ear (a) - Microphone not blocking out background noise .

aravindaravind9345 Hello, “good” to know that’s not only me. What is your current situation? Could you get past it somehow? I’m in a Teams call now, Ear(a) connected via BT and they can hear whatever happens in the background, so I need to keep my mic mute and open it just when needed.

I have cleaned and changed my ear tips, but I can still hear some noise. This issue wasn’t present before the update, and I’m still experiencing sound imbalance. I hope these get fixed in a future update.

Having the very same problem. ANC for what I hear is working ok when in a call, but the other call participants hear everything happening around me, especially other voices.
