Since I’ve updated to the official 3.0 on my 2a Plus phone, I’ve noticed several times that tap on the lock screen to wake up the phone does not work. Even the fingerprint scan does not work at that moment. I need to use the power button to wake up the screen and carry on with fingerprint scan or password entry.

Had anyone else noticed this on any device with OS 3.0 official ?

I need more options in hotspot like I can’t able to see connected devices, block them, limiting the devices to connect and data limit. Then the split window is simple try to make more shortcut in split window and I need specifically like switching the normal window to split window and split window to normal window like in miui os. The nothing is so simple but pretty smooth try to make everything in shortcut and simple to use. Then the mobile turned on automatically while traveling that’s an annoying bug and also seperate the notification and control center which make it easy to see notification quickly.

I want to give a suggestion on lock screen widget, as I am person who runs alone and wants to see the time how much I ran for 100 meter the stopwatch widget would be perfect for me.

    After this update the automatic brightness started to work badly, the brightness drops too much in certain scenarios where it is not supposed to. For example, in a room with the light turned on, it drops to 20% and to see the screen comfortably it should be at 50% and before it worked well.

    2a Plus is bigger than 2a phone but it will be smaller when it comes to software updates.your said software updates will come sooner than 2a, but why are you giving software updates late?

    Since the last update in my Nothing phone 2a, I am getting delayed notifications in almost every app. Like sometimes my phone is in idle mode, and I will receive some notifications together, and I will check that the notifications came actually 10, 15 mins ago. Sometime in gmail and instagram I won’t get any notifications but after opening that app I will get all of the notifications together. This is seriously hampering my work as I use work apps in my phone. Please look into it.

    Hey it’s been 3 months using nothing 2a plus, and I must tell from last 1 month the experience isn’t pleasant. The apps are still not optimised with the phone. Youtube instagram and every other app donot run on 120 fps. I face framedrops very frequently. The Device lags very much.

    I personally bought the phone just because of the OS, but it has let me down.

    I hope everything gets better with the next update

    I just beg you guys to optimise youtube instagram and other major apps to 120hdz I just need that. Or else spending 30000rs on a phone feels like a crap.

      Yeah, since the last update YouTube is really bad, it stutters and lags like crazy when scrolling while watching a video.

      With my 2a I don’t have such issues. 120hz, cheap price and good optimisation. Only issue is pixel burn in and a bad selfi cam software. In the native cámara app it’s not sharp but in other yes

        If there’s any moving content on the screen, and you try to scroll through it in apps like Facebook or YouTube, it is more like 24 fps. But look on the bright side, movies are 24 fps. So nothing probably made it on purpose to make it feel like we are watching movies.

        It only works at 120 when everything on the screen is static.

        Disappointment in 120 hertz, it doesn’t work even when I minimize the application, it immediately switches from 120 to 60, for example in the Opera browser, This happens if you put icons By default, Not icons from Nothing. it’s just funny and sad. 120 Hz does not work everywhere, although the 120 Hz everywhere option is enabled in the settings. In some smartphones you can, for example, turn on 120 hertz for selected applications in the settings, do something about it already, otherwise it feels like I have some cheap smartphone and not Nothing.

        after the latest update. i experienced battery drain and heating issue. I also experienced frequent lags in most of the apps that i use.. prior to this update. im not experiencing this problems. i wished i didnt update my device if i only knew that it will ruined my nothing experience😔
