There is no service center in Chennai,India they only can replace the product under warranty. Even though i ask to fix the gum issue, they couldn’t do and there no point keeping a service center here just for replacement. It been only 2 months after warranty im facing this much problem, after spending thousands of rupees on your product trusting it will last long. Now I can see your products can hold upto 1 year maximum. If the warranty no service center in Chennai, India to fix the problem. Should have gone to a brand with service center.

        Yes I have reached the via phone to check whether their operational fo today and check my concern can be rectified that only they told 1st if as warranty it can be replaced 2nd the issue of gum related problem cant be serviced here in Spencer plaza
