Hello, I have been looking for information. Since on other phones there is an option that allows you to prevent the phone from being turned off when the phone is locked. I want to know if there is an option that allows me to do that.

Nothing pls add the feature of asking password everytime while power off the phone ,it is a very important feature in the time when pH gets stolen ,if this feature is there the person who stole the phone can not power off it and owner of phone get more time to track it .

Recently my nothing phone 1 gets stolen and I face this problem

So nothing pls add this feature in every phone of yours

palatinagavamsi Unlock to Power off feature has been missing in nothing which is present in other Android phones. It’s a very big security feature that prevent others to switch off the mobile in case of theft.

Well, Apple does design this topic in favour of it’s customers -enabling tracking of iPhones even if turned off.

If I decide to switch off a device, I expect this to be directly executed. Mandatorily prompting for a password would just do once: interfere with my workflow.

    Need the feature of required password to power off and turn off the control panel access in lock screen (so if accidentally phone got theft also they cannot put phone in flight mode and neither power off the phone so we can track easily)

    Recently I went to some article where one techie guy recovered his lost mobile in crowd by controlling not shut down that feature available in Hyper OS it is helped him track the mobile very quickly and making sounds and rings though find my device app.

    Yes I also read this article just now. It’s mandatory to lock quick settings and power turn off option while device is locked.

    While turn off the phone please enable pin option in nothing phone it is useful while the phone is stolen

    Ask password before power off this security have in other company very basic phone also I am using phone 1 in upcoming update if it’s done it will be good .
