I am having issue with UPI payment, after scanning qr payment not moving forward for to enter PIN, same for all other UPI App Phonepe, Gpay, Amazon pay.

After restart its working for some days without issue, I have this issue 4 times so far from last 2 weeks.

Anyone having similar issue with UPI payment? Or any solution or workaround

After factory reset problem still occurs, nothing team please fix this MAJOR BUG asap

My issue resolved after doing flash in service centre if you guys need permanent fix, no other options available rather than visiting service centre. I was frustrated about this bug that’s why did flash.

    I’m also facing the same issue. When I press the pay button, it is not proceeding further. The case is the same for UPIlite (PIN-free) too.

      I too facing the same issue. I have to restart my phone every 24 hrs to get it fixed. I tried rebooting and every possible troubleshooting steps. Still the issue is there. I am regretting why I even chose this phone. I don’t want it to be exceptional. These are basic that nothing customer support doesn’t want to pay attention.

        +1 to above issue. Unable to proceed for UPI PIN. Issue is happening for all UPI apps - Gpay, PhonePe, Paytm. I had to go back to cash payments for the first time since 2019. It’s really annoying and embarassing especially when friends have to pay for you everywhere.

        Facing exact same issue since day 1. UPI payment apps like PhonePe, GPay, PayTM work for 2-3 days, but unable to get the “enter pin” screen on 4th day. Rebooting is the only solution when this issue occurs. Other than this problem, the phone is great so far! I hope Nothing team takes this seriously as I highlight this problem to everyone who ask me about my Nothing 2 phone.

          SudhagarRavichandran I faced the same issue couple of times.. I’ve been saying this on this platform many times that Nothing made a fancy phone but forgot to implement basic functionalities… My solution for this is delete cache from the app and u can go on ur business.. Pathetic thing is that we have to delete cache of every app to make them work normally… I think Nothing team has released phones into market without proper testing as the pharma companies did with the corona vaccine,,,,,😜

          I did a factory reset still problem occurs every 2 days.
          Nothing development team please fix this Major Bug
