On Android, there’s an issue with the quick settings panel. To open it, you need to swipe down twice, but if you do it quickly enough, the second swipe doesn’t register.
In the video below, you can see that right after the first swipe, I swipe again, but nothing happens. The problem is that while the first swipe animation is still playing, the second swipe doesn’t work.
This behavior is annoying because sometimes I want to do it quickly, but it just doesn’t work. You have to swipe once, wait for the notification shade to fully expand, and only then swipe again.
The animation is especially slow right after unlocking the phone after some time, making it even more frustrating to access quick settings.
