I’ve purchased my Ear (2024) after using Ear(1) for 3 years. But the experience was not up to the mark. The initial earbuds that I ordered from Flipkart has crackling sound in the left earbud and eventually they replaced it. With the new product, I don’t have any troubles and I really loved them.

Yesterday, when I tried to connect my Ear to Phone(1), the left earbud couldn’t connect. Same problem persists with my Mac. I did forget device and tried to reconnect. Unfortunately, I can neither reset nor enter pairing mode. When I click on the case button, it blinks red for once and it’ll be gone. I’ve tried everything mentioned in support but to no avail.

Now I can’t use my earbuds and it’s just a piece of trash. I’m unable to connect them to any device (Phone/Laptop/Tablet). Please let me know if anyone has a solution for this.

    RohithAnugolu Hi there! Iam facing the same issue. My left pod is not working so i tried to remove and pair it again. when i try to pair them again red led light blinks. case is fully charged still this annoying red led light appears. couldn’t connect my pods now. Can you please let me know if you resolved your issue? It will help.

    I presume you’ve opened the case and paired? I’ve not been able to get my Ear 2024 to pair with my Mac at all. Android and ios are both fine though they disconnect every so often.

    If the fault doesn’t clear ask again for a replacement or refund if you are entitled.
