I am in Vegas and have AT&T and the 3a works fine. I did receive a message that this phone is not approved for the network, but, I have no problems with calls and texts and no other warning messages. I was a long term CHOMP sms app user and so happy to see that I now have RCS w/out having to own an Iphone. RCS works for me on AT&T.

Daniel changed the title to Phone (3a) series USA network compatibility .

doodnvegas the phone works fine outside of RCS texts. I thought about switching to Mint mobile, in case it was an issue with the phone being unlocked or something, but despite the 3A Pro being eSIM compatible, mint mobile doesn’t see it as such.

Hello! I plan on getting a NP3aPro at some point, did some research to make sure my carrier (Cricket) would work with the phone, there are like, one major band missing from the 5G but other than that the rest of the bands are there, is it safe for me to pick up the 3aPro and transfer my SIM?

As far as I know and talking to Nothing Support only T-Mobile supports the Nothing Phone 3a Pro. With that said, I have been using my phone 3a pro on At&T for the last week without problems. I have had others tell me I drop out more often than my previous phone, but that might be I can only use LTE on AT&T and not any 5G. If you did not purchase yet I would maybe wait till the Nothing Phone 3 comes out it seems the flagship may be compatablie as the nothing phone 2 is. It is my first nothing phone and love the OS though it does take take some time to find the apps I need in Black and White which is why I was intrested. I hope this helps.

JPM_Tech Yeah this helps a lot! I wanted to get the phone as soon as possible since some stuff are coming into effect which would make it harder to buy it. Either way, thank you very much!

Also, any idea on when the 3 will actually release?

I noticed that there is a beta program that is happening currently! I would like to take part!

Could someone share how I could find what Cellular Frequencies Verizon offers?

JeffOpsal Hey Jeff. Did you wind up choosing Mint? Wondering how it’s working for you. Our son bought a 3A (I think) and it doesn’t work with our carrier.

packwriter2002 Yes, I ended up getting the Phone 2 with Mint Mobile and have had zero issues. I had a chance to try Xfinity mobile and it did not work.
