I’m from India and I’ve been using the Phone(1) for over a year, I own the Nothing Charging brick and Ear(2) as well.
Today I felt the need to contact support for an issue I noticed and realized that on nothing.in there is no record of the products I purchased from Flipkart (official nothing online reseller). So, I had to enter the Order no., IMEI among other details.
Hence, I’d like to suggest that there be a section on the nothing website where users can add a copy of purchase receipts, purchase details etc. and be able access warranty and support info on there. Prime example “Razer,” they have a great app and universal support system accessible via web. Support tickets and all the comms are available to the support and the users.
Nothing could create a Nothing Support App downloadble from PlayStore to do the above mentioned things and access device support data.
And this data would be available to the Nothing support staff thus making getting support a buttery smooth experience.
