Hello Nothing, I hope you all are doing fine. I have one request or complaint from you (sorry not trying to disrespect anyone).

Sir, I bought a CMF Buds Pro 2 in October 2024 for 3500 rs from Flipkart. I recently lost the charging case for CMF Buds Pro 2. I filed a complaint on Nothing Support, and not surprisingly, I got a reply from the Support Team.

They told me that I had to go to the nearest Nothing service centre, “Nothing Exclusive Service Center, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, India ”.

Before visiting today I asked them 2-3 before the prices for the replacement they told me - “ That I have to bring the receipt and the remaining buds of Buds Pro 2. And I have to buy a whole new piece for 1840 rs. ”

Upon reaching there I got to know that I had to pay 4200 or 4300 rs ( sorry I forgot what was the amount ).

So sir my question is why the price is so high or expensive for the replacement buds. Beacuse I buy those buds for 3500 (there were no festive seasons or any type of offers) and now I have to buy a replacement piece for 4300. Even today the price is still 3500 on Flipkart.

Respected sir, I think you must know that barely people buy products from Nothing website, most of the people tends to depend on e-commerce website in your case it was Flipkart.

So can you please lower your prices for the replacement?

Even today I am willing to pay 60% of the price on which I bought from Flipkart.

You, people, know the business well but if this problem remains then I don’t think people will keep buying audio products. And please don’t take this in a bad way or like blackmail but I don’t think I can buy any CMF audio product considering my financial situation so I had to rely on other company.

And I just have a problem with the replacement costs otherwise the buds are very very good, I had no complaints whatsoever let that be audio, ANC, connectivity with app, everything was smooth

So I hope sir you understand my situation and help me to get out of it. Hoping for a positive response sir. Here is the link for the buds that is selling for 3500 on Flipkart.
