Hey Guys,

I `ve been working on a CMF device in the past month and I want to share it with you.

The device is quite compact , only 6.22 inches in diagonal. with a plastic build but with better internals and upgraded camera, similar to NP2.

12 gb of RAM and 256 gb of storange.

This time NFC is present as well.

The kickstand is integrated seamlessly , when you do notuse it, you cannot tell it`s even there.

The hinge mechanism should be sturdy enough to survive a drop from 1M in height and should have a magnet strip seamlessly integrated in the kickstand ,that when closed , it keeps it form opening.

      Really enjoy the design and how the hinge disappears within the rear of the Phone. Plus, the pop of CMF Orange when the hinge is out, is a nice touch.

      What other colourways would you see working with this dual colour hinge?

          Multiple sources of inspiration, most of which is Carlhauser, he has some amazing designs and the hinge idea was taken from one of his products from a few years back. Sony is probably my long time favorite electronics manufacturer , less in the past few years, but their past work is really good. The square design is less ergonomic but I would buy something like this coming from CMF in a hear beat. Only thing that is close, but not really a Samsung fan , is the S24, but how I said, not really a Samsung fan. Working on this phone was a lot of fun.

            madalin_T A nice implementation. Im a big fan of boxy designs and this one checks both style and minimalism. Fortunately Im getting one like this soon from another company. But would be really cool if CMF had a touch of it like this concept.

                  the knob and the modularity made the CMF striking and one of a kind, i think….and that stand, is just a stand, would sure prefer it to be detachable if it holds no other use. it is too big for that purpose, i think. and even though there’s a magnet, it still might open without intending to do so, and it screams to be cumbersome one way or another, like getting in the way because it was accidentally opened, or not being able to catch and grip your falling phone because of that stand. also, i hope the essential key is also present on the CMF.
