Official SC broke My Phone.

worst support from nothing service team. replaced display for 2(a), because of purple tint, and later claiming it will be fixed by update. Broke my phone’s back panel, and asking me casually to come, 20kms away to repair it again.Asking it to replace it with other unit, simply denying and saying we will inspect and fix it. The HDR issue in display still persist, Black Color comes out to be Red in this display Pathetic Service, Pathetic Technology. don’t buy nothing, because after sales is bad.it’s brand new phone and i m facing to much issue . 🙁

SUMIT TRIPATHI I had very huge issue of battery drain on my nothing phone 1 last year and my device was in warranty so I visited service centre and the guy there was like it’s okay no issues I mean is 20-25% battery drain in 1 hour is okay and denied further assistance there is no other service centre in my city so had no choice but to live with the issue and the issue is still not fixed battery drain is lower now but still on higher side

My phone is also same like that .phone 1,my phone’s back glass is slightly came out from one side. I gave to service center. Next day they give my phone in same condition. When I show that they put some rubber band and said keep 3 hours like this it will be ready. But the problem is not solved yet . I went to the service centre somany times .at that time they will say the glue is not in stock .Now it’s been 1 year I didn’t get a solution and my warranty also finished.

I was also thinking of visiting service centre because of display problems but after listening to your experience I am now confused 🤔 .

James_bond don’t change your display.. and not visit sc they don’t understand your problem.

I really love Nothing products, but I have to say their customer service is among the worst I’ve experienced.

SUMIT TRIPATHI OnePlus 13 series also has boe displays and the display issues occurs with Indian varient only because I saw People who has 2a other then india doesn’t face such issues
