Update: After install the 3.1 OS update then doing a full factory reset , the issue with the LUTs seems to have been corrected. Give it a try and let us know.

The issue came back even after reset so I submitted the problem to Nothing support via the Tips and Feedback form in the phone. I suggest you do the same and they will respond and escalate the problem.

KingDeath Are you sure it will work after resetting phone , If it is available then I will reset it right now because I have to use this feature. I love photography. Please tell me if this problem did not come back after resetting
etidorhpa it means , There is no use of resetting, this problem will be resolved only after the company updates it

Just got a 3a a few days ago and was super excited about this LUT option, but I have quickly run into this problem as well. My LUTs and presets are all basically unusable as the post processing seems to just chose a completely different filter process. Very frustrating. I’ve submitted a ticket as well. I really really don’t want to do a factory reset, especially since it was mentioned earlier that this didn’t help anyway
