I need some help. I ordered Nothing Phone 3a on monday and all I have is an email I received after placing an order saying “Your order is confirmed”. It’s been a week now and I don’t know when I’ll receive the phone or if it’s on it’s way? I thought shipping is supposed to start 2 days after placing order?

    Have you tried contacting the support team? Only they will have access to your order information and be able to give you a better timeframe.

    BenjaminCarman Wow so you have been waiting quite longer than me. I sent an email to Nothing Support and they replied saying that I should just wait patiently for the notification with tracking number.

    Same here. Ordered the Pro as soon as it came out and still, just the thank you e-mail saying that estimate delivery is between 17-19 March. I think it’s just an automatic date number, (like curr. date+3 and 5) cuz’ on the ordering site it says March 31. I hope it won’t be that long. 😟

      soos_marcika Well I contacted them two days ago and they said that the reason why they didn’t send me the phone is because they think I’m a fraud. I’m like wtf, I had to send them pictures of my credit card and proof of transaction. So I did all of that and then the next day (took them WHOLE DAY) they said they want to cancel the order because my transaction proof showed less money than the actual price but the thing is, it showed pounds, not euros.

      They are either stupid as hell or just lazy. Thinking about just telling them to cancel everything, I’ve had enough of them.

      But you should definitely contact them because who knows…maybe they also decided you’re “a fraud.”

        What? It was teased way back in early February, then we got the date when they will announce the phone(s) (25.03.04). It was on the same day when you could pre order the 3(a) but NOT Pro, because they push it away one week, so March 11th. I do not think that they announce a phone and just “oh.. uh.. yeah.. we will deliver it.. I guess, someday.” Like c’mon, it’s gonna be my first Nothing ever! (I was a OnePlus fan back when Pei was there, still writing on my Nord 2 😔)

          RapidZapper hi, im from mexico and i pre order the 3a pro yesterdey, but they just send me an email tha says your order is confirm but when i enter my acount it says something like “not realized” i tried to send email to client support but they didnt response.

          I dont know what to do, the pre order opened on the 18 march, and the oficial day was algo the 18 but at 6:00 pm, so i pre ordered because it was available a cuppon

          EDIT:

          i still have problems with the purchase, they told me in the email that my transition was authorized but not completed, and my order has expired but my money hasnt returned yet to my acount

          I talked to my bank an they didnt retained any money, so i dont know if i have to wait a few more days to get my money back or wait for nothing to send the phone because i really still want to buy one
