I have been using the phone 1 since October 2023 and this is my Review

Built quality - 10/10 dropped it many times without cover and there is only one small dent nothing else

Display - 7/10 there is greenish tint on the upper side of display but can be ignored as it is not as it is in phone 2a

Performance - 8/10 I don’t play games much so never had issue with performance

Battery - 3/10 I will tell the issue later in this post

Cameras - 5/10 needs a hell lot of optimisations

By this you all think that I have had good experience but wait the most important thing comes now

Android 13 was the best on nothing phone 1 specifically nos 2.0 after Android 14 the device is just crap .Camera quality degraded very much lags/jitters in UI are very frequent battery seens like dead after Android 14 doesn’t even last 5 hrs on normal use

Note : Device was just 6 months old when Android 14 update came so no fan boys come and tell me that battery ages with time first of all get brain then tell me

Android 15 update is just the replica of Android 14 update, worse jitters increased app opening closing time also increased very much Ram management is like it doesn’t exists and battery drain has also increased very much camera is also not usable pictures are very bad

And here’s nothing doing nothing for older devices just neglecting their existence and the February update is causing many issue mainly restart issue it’s clear from this that they are forcing phone 1 users to buy 3a or 3a pro

Thanks Nothing for this much wonderful experience never buying nothing again in future

Mind sharing your experience Phone 1 users

Regrading Android 13, It’s so stable for Phone 2 as well but but Android 14 and 15 😮‍💨 messed up…

I am not a long-time user of the H1. I bought a new one 8 months ago. I’ve been an Android user since 2013 and have owned various flagship devices. Now, I can confidently say I don’t regret my purchase. This is my personal user experience: the materials are top-notch, with an excellent design. The system is very well optimized—everything runs smoothly. The screen is fantastic, and I haven’t noticed any defects. My eyes don’t get tired. All updates install seamlessly. The camera is average, but for most situations, it’s great. The only downside is the weak battery (even though I bought the phone new). However, for an Android, it’s normal. Overall, it’s good for a three-year-old phone. The interface is excellent. I just wish the size was a bit smaller. I want to switch to the 3a (Pro)… but I’m hesitant because of the plastic and the fact that they’re very large and heavy.

If you had issues in just 6 months with the battery why didn’t you contact support to solve the battery issue under warranty? Same goes for the tint in the screen.

Antonis_Pap contacted but no proper support from then and service centre also that told me they will arrange pickup and drop which could take 1 month in whole process and in between I will be without phone so I denied and service centre is just worst
