I have recently been experiencing an odd issue about my nothing earbuds. The ANC of my left side ear buds seems to be malfuncitoning and not cancelling out any noise, instead, just playing a faint buzz sound (which well could be the noise cancellation but the right side is not doing that, and it is constant. Only the right ear bud is actually noise cancelling). In addition, when I put my earbuds in and provide slight pressure pushing in towards my ear, it generates this loud high pitched sound, which is extremely troublesome. This occurred after a firmware update and I have been using my earbuds without stressing it in any harsh environments.
What could be the issue? and how do i resolve it? I can’t seem to find my order ID and thus am not able to sent a customer support report at the moment, so I’m typing here to enquire about the issue.
