Today I was using my phone 2 and it was working fine, after using it i put it in my pocket. After like 15mins I took it out and my touch wasn’t working at all, the side buttons were working but the touch and fingerprint sensor wasn’t working at all. I held down the volume up button and power button for like 10 seconds and it turned the phone off, after it turned on the touch was working fine. This is the first time this has happened and i updated my phone 2 to the latest version 2 days ago. Is this a software issue or hardware issue.

Better save to upgrade to a good company 😂 they are updating things like how OLD apple does. Very strict with no room for any customisation. Even apple is providing flexibility nowadays in their os 😂 for example saturation picker, lock screen customisations etc
