Hello, dear forum members!

I recently became the proud owner of a Nothing Phone (3a), which I ordered at the start of sales through AliExpress with delivery to Russia (Moscow). The device is running the latest firmware version — Nothing OS 3.1.

I use two SIM cards in the phone: SIM 1: Operator T2 (Russia); SIM 2: Operator A1 (Belarus).

Accordingly, while in Russia, the second SIM card operates in roaming mode.

The issue:
After resetting the mobile network settings or rebooting the device, the first SIM card (T2) connects to the network without any issues, while the second one (A1) shows “No service.” Attempts to enable airplane mode and wait for 5-10 minutes do not help. The only solution is to remove the SIM card and reinsert it or completely restart the phone.

Context:
I have previously used other smartphones (Tecno, iPhone, etc.), and I have never encountered such a problem before.

Question:
Has anyone experienced a similar issue with the Nothing Phone (3a) or other devices? Could this be a system bug or a feature of Nothing OS? I would appreciate any advice or recommendations on how to resolve this problem.

Thank you in advance for your help!
