It seems USPS is struggling with handling the shipment, as my package has been transferred back and forth multiple times between their facility in GA and IN, without being sent to Illinois. It’s incredibly frustrating to see my new phone traveling around in circles instead of arriving at the correct destination
In light of this experience, I would strongly suggest considering a different carrier for future deliveries, as this situation is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on their reputation.
