I will translate the app into Japanese myself.
It would be great if we had the option to override do not disturb for certain apps/dms; nonetheless I am enjoying the open beta
SidNeelgund I think it will be closed beta not open beta
Vishwam Ah, my bad.
Working pretty fine for my nothing 3a pro, settled for just a couple of apps.
Would be great have a charging indicator, not as volume, but maybe only on the number of gliph on.
I’ve 3 gliphs on my phone, so 30%=1 gliph / 60% = 2g / 90-95% = 3 gliphs .
Looks neat! Signed up.
Vishwam when your app will available on play store bro??
Ujjwal-Nepal It will be available soon. Actually it was scheduled for 31st but due to Google’s review it couldn’t be out and that’s why I am adding everyone interested in closed beta till Google approves my app
GlyphLab Is Closed beta releasing or open beta?
Hi everyone,
It’s now been a week since the beta started — thank you all for testing the app and for the amazing feedback you’ve shared so far!
A new update is now live on the Play Store. Here’s what’s new:
Bug fixes for Phone (1) users
You can now assign a Glyph to a specific contact or group
Updated the icon to match the Nothing icon pack
Refreshed design
If you’ve already joined the beta via the original link, simply update the app from the Play Store to get the latest version.
Everyone who requested access in the past days will be added to the beta later today. You’ll receive a Play Store invitation link via email.
Thanks again for being part of the journey!

@GlyphLab Hi mate, I just got access to this today.
I tried it out, it was working well, but I decided to uninstall so I could reinstall later.
But I noticed that since I have uninstalled, my glyph lights haven’t been working in the flip to glyph mode, only one of it flashes for my ringtone and rest others aren’t flashing and unsurprisingly there are only the ones I set in the app. please help me out brother
stormnot Hey! Thanks for the message, and glad to hear it worked well initially!
Just a quick clarification: once the app is uninstalled, it no longer has any control over the Glyph system — so it can’t actively cause any issues.
That said, it’s possible that some Glyph settings were modified while the app was installed and might not have reset completely. This is actually the first time I’m seeing this behavior, so thank you for bringing it up — I’ll keep an eye on it.
Here’s what you can try to get everything back to normal:
Head to Settings > Glyph Interface > Flip to Glyph and toggle it off and on again.
Restart your device – often enough to refresh the Glyph settings.
Let me know if that helps!
Hi man, thank you for the reply. I have already restarted my device a couple of times but still the ring tone thing isn’t working, do you know a way I can reset my entire glyph settings or something like that to get this work again?
Its certainly has nothing to do with the ringtone, the lights just work fine in normal mode and even in flip to glyph the lights work for notifications like messages and whatsapp. Issue lies only in the ringtone part
New Update Available!
Hi everyone!
A new version of the app is now live on the Play Store! Thanks again for all your testing and feedback — here’s what’s new in this release:
Changelog:
Fixed a bug that was preventing Glyphs from lighting up for some users
Added support for group chats as Essentials
The app is now available in Hindi and French
Improved contact selection: you can now browse your device’s contact list when adding an Essential contact
If you notice any mistakes in the new translations, feel free to let me know — I’ll be happy to improve them in the next update!
I’m also planning to add more languages soon — which one should I add next?
Thanks again for being part of the journey!

Vishwam Hey!
Thanks for your message.
The app is currently in closed beta, but if all goes well, we should be moving to open beta soon!
And yes — we’re indeed using the official Nothing Glyph SDK for this project. It’s been fun to explore the possibilities so far, and we’re looking forward to seeing how the platform evolves.
