I’m probably gonna get this app, since almost all my contacts are iPhone users and since I got my Nothing Phone 2 I no longer get WiFi Calling so I have to use WhatsApp (which is awful) for non RCS users when I’m in camp with just satellite Internet.
Introducing Nothing Chats
- (Edited)
I wonder if the Nothing Chats app will work/eventually work via a browser / desktop, similar to Google messages for web. I use that all the time while working instead of having to constantly pickup my phone throughout the day messaging friends and family, Would be awesome to see desktop support in some capacity. On the sunbird site, it mentions the web app also functions as a desktop app.
Isn’t it launched today? Why haven’t I seen it yet?
I don’t see it in the app store, when will it be released for the Nothing Phone 2
William_dmsBVIhqai dude it’s like 8AM, chill out it’ll come eventually xD
JeroenvanLeuven yes for Phone(2) user and only for specific region, see post for more infos
I am in the EU
Im so hyped… almost time!!!
Anonymous340 A really useful suggestion.
To all community members based in India-
Let us not get obsessed with getting “Nothing Chat” immediately.
It will come when it’ll come.
In any case, in India WhatsApp is the messenger of choice overwhelmingly; I’m certain the very small number of iPhone users in India also use WhatsApp.
The urgency is more in Western countries, esp the US where a much larger number of people own the relatively expensive iphones.
It is in such countries that Nothing chat will be of more use.
So, let’s relax!

hii
is it out yet?
Hi everyone I’m from India
We are having trouble with flip glyph with our phone 1
And with cmf watch we are not getting any notification untill or unless we let cmf app run in the background
Is it released today? 11/17
There is still nothing on the EU store
_ZQ_QgNRX2I69N supposed to release today but not yet released.
Anonymous340 I also read it yesterday. This means that the Nothing Chat app will soon be unnecessary again. - But I really liked Nothing’s initiative!
