When I set “Do Not Disturb” on my phone, WhatsApp notifications still make a sound. I checked WhatsApp’s notification settings, and the “Ignore Do Not Disturb” option is correctly disabled, so they shouldn’t make any sound. Why does this happen?
The same thing happens with Facebook, incoming calls and so on.
