Charger disconnects automatically and repeatedly - help

I’m facing severe charging issue with my Phone 2A. Everytime I plug in for charging, it will disconnect automatically 4 5 time repeatedly even when it’s already plugged in. This charging issue is getting worse by the day. When the phone is on charging, it won’t function properly, accidentally touches happen quite often, it’s like the phone and the charger are not compatible.
