when i try to boot my phone (1) i am stuck on the 4 white dots
that happened the second time now the first time i resented the device
does anyone know why this happens?

E_M_Legend device in bootloop hah you will have to enter recovery and try restarting from there if this doesn’t help then from recovery do factor reset and then boot to system rest no other option
Don’t contact support; they are unhelpful and lack knowledge.
do you know why this happens?
E_M_Legend yes cause of some error while updating or system ui not opening on the phone crashing

is this issue known to the developers?

E_M_Legend Idk if the developers know this issue but there are very few users getting bootloop after updating
I haven’t faced it till now in my 1.5 years of usage plus I am not on nos right now using custom rom on my phone 1
