Hello, I’ve owned these Ear 1s for about 4 months and for the past 2 months, both Left and Right Buds have been very quiet even at maximum volume. I’ve tried cleaning the mesh grilles with cloths, with a toothbrush, and have also reset the ear 1s on the devices I use it on(Android, and Mac OS). I’ve also tried using messing with the equalizer settings on the NothingX app. Can I still fix these, or should i try and look into a different pair?

    If the volume level is faint or quieter than normal, try the following:

    1. Test different apps to determine if the problem is specific to an app or earphone.

    2. Ensure that your device media volume is not too low, or raise the volume.

    3. Disconnect and reconnect the earbuds.

    4. Reset the device.
