Hello! I am using a MagSafe power bank with a working MagSafe magnet ring sticker thing.

Whenever I try charging with this power bank, this message pops up.

My battery is at 34C and the exterior of the phone is very cold.

It does charge on my other wireless charger thats static and connected to wall power.

    knijn Is the battery pack itself getting to warm? If it works with normal wireless charging pads and via wired charging, it’d suggest that the magsafe battery pack you’re using either isn’t working as expected.

    Does doing a simple reboot help?
