Glyph and sound inactive when face-down or display off - help

then someone send me a message glyph is working and there are no sound, but if my nothing phone 1 is on (display is on) it has sound
then someone calling me i don’t have glyph and no sound (all functions are on) and only if i turn on display there are sound and glyph. how can i fix it?
and it don’t work only if display is on table (then i see backside of phone)
