Silent Button

I’m confused if there’s a quick way to put the Phone 2 on silent mode or vibrate mode without having to press the volume buttons and do it?

If not, can the team look into having a button for this in the next revamp or iteration?

VishnuMundhra You can toggle on the’flip to silence’ toggle in advanced settings of the dialer app to silence an incoming call

Press & release the volume button.

Touch the bell & then the vibration icon on top of the volume slider to turn them both off.

I’m afraid there’s no single touch solution yet like the silent switch on oneplus phones.

Maybe N may add a button press mapping or a gesture control for this purpose in the future.

Update to beta 2.5 you wil

Update to beta 2.5 and you’ll have an option to double press power button to silent your phone

You can activate the option to put glyph silent mode by turning your phone place down on your desk.

Or press volume down then click on the bell.

More options will come with Nothing OS 2.5 (Android 14) by the end of the year.

I have to admit the silent button is the only thing I miss from my OnePlus phone.

I use. Silent Mode Toggle from play store. Very customisable.
