hrry In my case, I can assure you that the loudness in audio output of Phone 3(a) is somewhat less compared to all the other devices I have used so far. I have been using Nothing Ear(2) since November 2023, and I consistently use it at about 65% volume (earlier I had a different smartphone) but now, even at 85%, the loudness seems low. Same with other audio devices.
