Bluetooth Device Prioritisation for Call Answering

I have 4 answer calls options displayed,phone, speaker, redmi watch and hearing aids. When I receive a call my phone rings but I cannot hear who is speaking unless I select phone or speaker. The default goes to hearing aids, I have to manually select phone or speaker. Is there a setting to organise my priorities? This does not occur on WhatsApp.

ray_garnett_rg So, it is my understanding that when you have multiple connected devices to your phone via Bluetooth, the last device to be connected will be the default one to answer calls. I don’t think there’s anyway to change this… unless someone in the community can shed more light.
