Hey all,

Here are my answers

  1. Galaxy S9 provided by employer
  2. Too many… Mainly Hifiman Deva at home, outside a pair of Jabra Elite 75T which I hate
  3. Miss my Pebble, had a Kronaby for a while but nothing for right now.

I recently switch my Oneplus 6 for a Sony 1 Mark II

As for headphones I usually use the Oneplus Buds or Sony WH-XB900N.

I used to use a Fossil Q gen 4 but Wear OS watches aren’t ready yet for this world. I’ll probably get a new smartwatch in a year or two.

The only reason I would replace my devices is if they break or are unusable. The best device would be the one that lasts the longest. Although that never works out for company’s with sales and stuff.

  1. I change smartphones all the time like in a month - Currently S21.
  2. Apple AirPods 2.
  3. None Currently But Most Preferably Apple Watch.

Hey!

Im currently using:

  1. Nord
  2. OnePlus buds z
  3. Samsung galaxy watch active 2

Feels great to be apart of this community! 😀

So, I have a quite different approach for selecting my devices:

  1. iPhone 12 (The journey regularly shifted between Android and iOS)
  2. Realme Buds Q
  3. Fitbit Inspire
  4. Bonus- Dell XPS 15 (As when I got it, I was using OnePlus 7 as my smartphone hence no ecosystem.)

So, my approach is to use the best in the areas necessary for my life, and for other side experiences, I use a budget approach. Although this is till I am a student and rely on my parents’ money. P.S. - The Fitbit is not my own as I took my sister’s band because she purchased a Fitbit Versa.

I currently use

1. SAMSUNG S20 FE 5G for it’s simplistic features in camera and One Ui

  1. I use samsung buds pro
  2. I used fitbit before at present I am using none

Hi!

  1. iPhone 7 Plus. I know: its too old and it fully shows its age. I’m going to change it by the end of this year;
  2. AirPods Pro: mixed satisfaction. Sometimes they do not charge. I look forward to Ear 1;
  3. Mechanical watches: I previously tried an Apple Watch, but I went back after a few months. Now I have one of the few Japanese-made Seiko models.

Hey all, so following are my current devices

Smartphone: Oneplus 8T (last Oneplus device of @Carl

Headphones/Earphones: Oneplus Bullet Wireless 2 (soon to be replaced with Ear1)

Wearables: Oneplus Band

Hoping to send a similar msg after few years with all Nothing products.

Using the OnePlus 7 currently, next device probably will be an iPhone. A little tired of the Android space

Got myself a pair of the galaxy buds pro and love them

Occasionally wear an Honor colour Band A2. But it glitches too often so it’s just for time keeping rather than any fitness tracking 🐸

Proud owner of an Essential Phone, it has served me well for almost 3 years and I’m still yet to find a phone that can replace it, looking forward to a hypothetical Nothing smartphone that can fill the void Essential Products left in the industry, it’s either that or a Pixel device since I’m way too used to stock Android and quick updates.

I also use a pair of 1MORE Piston Classic earbuds, I own TWS earbuds but I don’t like how tight they’re on my ears so I don’t use them that often.

My smartwatch is a Fossil Sport, I only use it for basic functions like notifications, turning on Google home devices and timers, battery could be better but I don’t mind that much, I’m really excited for WearOS 3.0 though, hope the new update brings more developers to the WearOS ecosystem.

  1. OnePlus 7Pro 5G (Refusing to change mobile phones until the punch hole/notch fad goes, so once technology has been developed to include a camera behind the screen efficiently)
  2. Sennheiser Momentum Over Ears (No reason to change them, great battery, comfort and sound quality) and I also user the Anker Soundcore’s for running (open to changing these for a better sound experience, battery is excellent).
  3. TicWatch 3 Pro (Wanted the best possible WearOS experience, so will likely stay with this for a while until technology radically changes)

Hey all!

I’m currently using :

  1. Oneplus 5
  2. RHA Wireless 750 that just broke 😭
  3. Withings activity, it’s quite close to a mechanical watch with the features I need, I’m lurking on the sequent watches for a bit now but I feel like their app is not quite ready

Hope to be the target for Ear (1)

Currently with me it’s like this:

1 - OnePlus 8 pro, still serves me well, and does his job with distinction;

2 - I’m using my old 1st gen Airpods, but the battery is starting to die on me, so I can barely get around of 30min of music from them before one of them fails. 🙁 Other than those I use the OnePlus wireless bullets 1st gen for my runs, since the airpods don’t have enough juice to keep up with my runs anymore. 😛 The wires get a bit in the way, but it’s better than nothing.

Also got the OnePlus bullets Z when they were at 1€ on a flash sale the other day, but to be honest considering they end up costing 8€ after adding the shipping costs, that they sound too bassy for my tastes and also don’t fit well in my ear and end up causing discomfort after a bit of use, and they also fall when using them for my runs, I guess I can say they end up being still too expensive to me. 😅

So yeah, really need to get a new pair of earphones. 😉 😛

3 - I’ve been using a Wear OS Huawei Watch V1, for more than 5 years now and it has served me well. In terms of looks it’s still top notch to me, and the build quality is great, the sapphire screen and the stainless steel casing still look like new. The hardware inside is the one that is starting to show its age, the CPU can’t keep up with the OS, and the battery lasts a full day, but only with the always on display off.

Have been checking for more than a year for a good replacement, but still haven’t been fully convinced by anything (almost got a Tizen OS watch and been following the Garmin ones, but still not fully convinced). Let’s hope the new Wear OS life that Google and Samsung are trying give to their watches finally gets the job done.

How is your iPhone XS holding up?

I am always interested in reading first-hand experiences with older Apple devices, since they are known for aging gracefully.

And I am pretty sure the Ear 1 are going to be extensively compared to the AirPods Pro, so you’ll be in a really good position if you end up buying them.
