I’m a user from India, I use several payment apps for UPI transactions, once every 3-4 days the app is not able to process the payment, the issue persists with other similar app called phonepe, initially I assume this was an issue on the application side, upon contacting the customer service of the apps, they mentioned there is no bug from our side must be some issue with the OS. Recently I observed this doesn’t happen just with payment apps but also other social media apps where I get signed out of Instagram and WhatsApp automatically, even the stock broker apps such as Zerodha gets logged out quite frequently, since I use the Gpay quite often I observed that earlier and the frequency is roughly 3-4 days once.
I’d like to know what is causing this issue and how can I fix it , is it something on my end or a bug with the OS , suggestions are appreciated.
