as after the April update there has been a lot of issues.

i want faster and smooth animation in nothing phones which is possible by using parallel processing like oneplus oxygen os , samsung one ui 7 in upcoming update

You can change animation speed in developer mode and make it bit faster…if you’re saying in that way…

Please add the ability to disable the fingerprint scanner in the settings (for example at night so that no one uses my finger while I sleep)

I’m on US Mobile with the dark Star SIM card and just updated to this today. After receiving this update my custom dark Star APN no longer works and it shows an exclamation point in my mobile data icon. I tried resetting my network settings, but that did nothing. I contacted support last week and they did say they were going to fix a bug where the APN would randomly switch back to nxtgenATT APN instead of my set DarkStar APN. Now it won’t even let me use my Dark Star APN at all and on top of that I literally HAVE NO DATA and there’s nothing I can do about it but either factory reset or figure out how to go back to Android 14 even at this point I’m fed up. Shouldn’t have to deal with this right now Jesus man I do not have time for these things caused by a simple damned update that shouldn’t have completely disabled my entire data. Sure I can make calls and texts but NO DATA even if I add my custom APN now. This is rediculous, c’mon Nothing. Screw it I’m gonna have to insert my SIM into my old slow Nord N10 5g for now which is terrible downgrade compared to what in used to now ffs this has be very disappointed to say the least. I’m up till 4:05 am tryna fix this but I’m done I’m done I’m done. Good frickin night and thanks for the update so so so much! GroundBREAKING updates here

Styphoryte not trying to be a jerk here, but why would you expect standard retail support when the phone is purchased through the developer programme?

It’s exactly the kind of stuff I’d expect for a development mule?

I often run into this with large equipment (up to £10M per unit tested) I test for the UK scientific market

CMF1_hacker Well that’s the thing I bought this phone off of eBay not any kind of dev program so I’ve no idea about that. I even have my 1 year warranty as well as I have the (original) receipt but either way this isn’t something that should be in any update. Should’ve been more thoroughly tested. I cannot go without data I literally use my phone for income and this is a huge inconvenience. Like I can understand if Its simple bugs but entirely my mobile data just cannot be used now without complete factory reset back to Android 14 is entirely rediculous there’s nothing you can say to convince me otherwise so don’t even bother. I’m screwed and I’m about to wait a few months to even try to go back to this phone I think at this point its wasting my time. Everything was perfect I guess I shouldn’t have updated, so in the end I can always blame myself. That’s funny but whatever yeah end of rant I’m giving up entirely now, just wanted to get that out there. I’ve no other options now but to wait for an update or completely reset and I really feel like setting this phone down and waiting and forgetting about it tbh. I’ll have to make my mind up tomorrow… Too late now for this. I thought oh let’s update my phone before sleep, well 3 hours later it’s 4am and well whatever now I’m gonna regret all of this.

Styphoryte the CMF1 is not marketed as being market-ready in the USA. This is clear from the website. I doubt you’ll have any warranty as it was not officially marketed there. I’m simply trying to make you aware of the landscape and your options

I am facing 5g connectivity issue. When screen is locked VONR / VOLTE icon beside signal bars disappears and I don’t get any incoming calls in my phone at that time. The person who calls me hears that my phone is outside network coverage. The VONR / VOLTE icon again appears when I unlock the screen and wait a few seconds ( 5-10 secs), and then I receive missed call alert. It happens a lot of times everyday.

I’ve gotta say that this update dramatically improved the quality of the main camera output. I looked back at all of the photos that I’ve taken since last OCT and this update here was a huge change in quality.
